BusinessModeling Strategies  Return and Refund policy consists of:

• Terms of return (i.e All returns must be requested within 24hrs)
• State of return (e.g. items must be returned prior to downloading to your device's)
• Reason for return (e.g. if you accidentally purchased the wrong item returns may  be  requested, if purchased  item  was  not downloaded, and  if  the  item replacement holds  the same value you may qualify for a refund or exchange the item per policy if)
• Process for return (i.e. how to initiate a return, how to contact customer service, you can submit a return request within 24hrs of purchasing your ebook Via email or phone call you must be in compliance with all rules of the return policy, you may be required to submit reasonable cause for the return request and contact information, BMS reserves the right to deny any request that does not comply with the return policy herein)
• Process of refund (i.e. terms of refund, duration, payment for any returned items will be deposited into the account used during purchase, most returns will be posted within 72 hours of receiving and approving return request)
